The tag subheading actually displays as: Tag_name Archives - site_name.
All I want to display is Tag_name - as per Category, Month & Author archive page headers.

I found that this modification can be easily done using Yoast SEO's Advanced Settings > Titles & Meta > Taxonomies settings.
