    Is it possibe for the arrow icon (purple) to be replaced with the arrow in a coloured (white) circle to make it stand out better?

    Add this into the Custom CSS box located in your Salient Options panel (Make Sure there are no red cross in the Box) :

    .section-down-arrow i.icon-salient-down-arrow.icon-default-style:before {    font-family: 'FontAwesome';    content: "\f0ab" !important;
}
