I'm not sure what happened but I had a ticket for the below website not rendering correctly in internet explorer. Tahir was looking into it for me. Any news on when it will be fixed?
1) What version of IE was it happening on? We could not find any other tickets linked to your username. Could you update the theme to the latest one i.e. you are on 8.0.15. Latest is 8.0.2. http://themenectar.com/changelogs/salient.html
There have been some fixes and might help with the issue and if not then we will remind the developers about it.
2) About a top navigation bar showing a phone number on mobile, this should be possible. Go to salient \ header navigation - layout related - header secondary nav - set it to header with secondary navigation.
Then on Menu - select a menu to edit - set a it to be the secondary menu on the menu settings. Then add a custom link item to it. You can set it to look like the screenshot.
