"Sign in to a MasterClass" (#1282005) / ThemeNectar

I used to have the MasterStudy theme and my students were able to sign up to a MasterClass with a form and a countdown, how can I recreate something similar please ?

Hey Again,
The Salient Theme has no such Page Element available . You will likely have to resort to Third Party Plugins .
