I wonder if it is possible to provide scrollbar for overflow content with no scroll for bacground image? I would like to have something like in this page: http://maciejfrackiewicz.com/#prawykonania. As you can see, bacround remain motionless and you scroll only content.
I know about Fullscreen Row Option and i set it. What I'm asking about is "Row overflow" option. Is it possible to provide scrollbar when content heigh is higher than screen, but with background image 'not scrollable'?
