Do you see that small line above the header that is not becoming black after scrolling and it remains transparent. Well I dont want it - I would like to fill black that part also or move my header closer to the top of the screen
I have no problem with transparency ... I have a line that separates the navigation, main header from the top of the screen. When you scroll down, it becomes transparent. I want that to disappear and the header be sicked to the top of the screen.

No, this doesn't solve my problem - the header is already Standard and I want to see it all the time so hiding it is wrong option. There must be some option to define is there a line between the header and the top of the screen???!!! :(
I use this template for long, it was ok before but I made some change and I was hoping you will help me solving the problem I cant figure out...
Could you try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Try using the Force Transparency Option in "Page Header Settings" Metabox .

WooCommerce Price Based on Country (Basic) plugin
It was there before but probably had some conflict with another plugin
So I deactivated all and activated what I need so now it is working :))))))))))))))
