Please see the attachment which shows that the preview window to move around the hotspot buttons over the image is not working correctly. The image is not visible and I can't move them where I want them.
Did you check for plugin conflicts ?. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
I ended up just removing the picture I had uploaded and re-uploading. The preview started working then. But I'll definitely take your troubleshooting tip with me into future queries. Thanks
