The page here http://www.kieffer.ca/projects/ is under a maintenance page. Could you disable it or give us access so that we can take a better look at this and see if we can identify the cause.
Also clarify on what you mean by "sortable" because the theme just has normal drop down menus. If it's from a plugin then please see if they can help with this.
And also make sure you checked you plugins to make sure they are not the cause of it i.e. disable all and see if the issue still occurs.
My sortable dropdown menu is not functioning... it does not drop down.
