I am trying to edit my homepage [as a starting point to my site] but for some reason when i try and edit columns, it just loads and loads and doesn't give me the option to edit anything. See attached screenshot.
Thanks for your reply. Ok, so I'm a novice with this. I'm assuming I need to do this in cPanel? If so, I cna't see the php.ini file in there and not sure how to create one. :(
This issue could be caused by a conflicting plugin. As a quick check, you may try deactivating all other third-party plugins (excluding those bundled with the theme) and check if the row and column settings work. If they are, you may then activate the plugins one by one while checking for this issue to resurface to find the conflicting plugin. Additionally ensure that all plugins your are up to date.
You may also download and reinstall a fresh copy of the latest version of the theme to rule out any corrupted files causing this issue as well.
Please let me know how it goes. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

Hey there,
Thanks for reaching in,
Your PHP Settings are likely not correct.
Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:
max_execution_time 60
memory_limit 256M
post_max_size 48M
upload_max_filesize 48M
Please check on these and get back to me.
Thanks

Ok I think I did it. Looks to be working now. Thanks!!!
Hi, so now the Row Settings isn't loading? And sometimes the Column Settings loads, and sometimes it doesn't and just keeps trying to load?
Hi there,
Just following up to see if there are any solutions to this? I'm kind of stuck and not able to work on my website :(
