    Hello,

    I purchased Salient 4.1.1. Now I want to update to Salient 8. But when uploading the zip folder, it gets stucked; does not install. And I can't see any other option for update anywhere in the theme options.

    Hey ,

     Hope you had a Great Weekend, 

    Your PHP Settings are likely not correct. 

    You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin called WordPress phpinfo http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-php-info/

    Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

    • max_execution_time 60
    • memory_limit 256M
    • post_max_size 48M
    • upload_max_filesize 48M

    Please have your hosting provider fix this for you so it can be installed correctly.
