    Hello,

i've got this issue about sections color overlay that seems different if i'm logged in or not.

As you can see from the screenshots, it's a problem because i'm trying to get a seamless transition from the page section with the overlay (50% black to 100% black) to the black footer.

    Best Regards

    Hey Again,

Try using the Force Transparency Option in "Page Header Settings" Metabox . See screenshot : http://prntscr.com/gjnyit .

Also the Gap is due to the WP Admin bar . You can remove it in the WP Dashboard -> Users Menu .

I have no problem with header or wp admin bar. My question was about the last page section before footer, the bottom of the section isn't 100% black when logged out. (Look at the screenshots in the OP).

    Best Regards

    Hi there,

Thank you for getting back to us.

Can you please give us a temporary admin access to your site? We'll be in a better place to spot anything suspicious from here.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and send the info here. You can navigate here for more details; https://make.wordpress.org/support/user-manual/customizing-wordpress/managing-users-on-your-wordpress-site/adding-users-to-your-wordpress-site/

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Best Regards.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the backend access.

Try flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and browser cache and let us know what happens.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Best Regards.

    Hi there,

My apologies for the delayed response.

I can't seem to access your website backend. Could you look into this for me?

    Best Regards.

    Hi there,

Try this simple plugin compatibility test so we can rule out any possible conflicts. Deactivate all 3rd party plugins except the ones bundled with the theme, then clear all caches installed on your site and server and see if the issue persists. If the problem goes away, activate each plugin one by one checking on the issue each time so that we can identify which one is causing a problem.

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Best Regards.
