Trying to switch site over to a SSL. The SSL is making the nectar slider not work on the home page. https://www.verbballets.org Any ideas on how to fix?
Thanks. Tried both of those and still not working? Per the SSL certificate - it doesn't appear to be a mixed content issue at all. I've searched through the databases, and aside from the GUID columns, I can't find any instance of something that should read https://. I'm kind of perplexed by this? The Nectar Slider plugin isn't working? Has happened to anyone else? I have ipage hosting? I've exhausted a number of different options - in every one of them the images display perfectly fine except when they're encapsulated within the Nectar Slider. Aside from the GUID columns there are NO instances of http. Any words of advice?
I went back to your site and the nectar slider seems to be working now:
Also I'm not getting any more "Insecure Response" errors in the console. Could you try clearing all caches on your website and server and see if this issue persists. Additionally, ensure that you're using the latest version of Salient 8.1.0 and Salient Visual Composer 5.2.1. Here's a guide on updating: https://themenectar.ticksy.com//article/7389/

I took a closer at your site and I'm seeing where you're using Salient version 8.0.16 and Salient Visual Composer 5.0.11. Please update them using the following article: https://themenectar.ticksy.com//article/7389/

Still no dice. It's very bizarre. I've exhausted all of the possibilities that I'm aware of. I've used multiple SSL plugins to try to push the content over, as well as Search and Replace (the only thing I didn't touch within Search and Replace were the GUID columns - everything else is switched). Not sure what the issue is. Have you ever seen anything like this before as concerns the Nectar Slider specifically?
Thx for your help - we have a deadline coming up on Friday where SSL will become a necessity for the site.

Hi there,
Thank you for contacting us. I'd be happy to help.
It seems you're having mixed content issues. Although we don't really provide support for that, I'd be happy to point you in the right direction. Try using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ssl-insecure-content-fixer/
For more on mixed content issues, you can check out the following article: https://managewp.com/wordpress-ssl-settings-and-how-to-resolve-mixed-content-warnings
I hope this helps. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
Best Regards.

Hi Andrew
Thanks for following up. Nothing seemed to work with search and replace or SSL plugins. I wound up having to reuploading all the nectar banner images.
Hopefully things will run smooth now that the conversion to SSL is finished.
Thanks!
