    Help please i cant update, i have envato marketing and when i want update the machine say me oh oh Acces Denied

    What i do wrong??

    Hey Again,

     Hope you had a Great Weekend, 

    Your PHP Settings are likely not correct. 

    You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin called WordPress phpinfo http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-php-info/

    Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

    • max_execution_time 60
    • memory_limit 256M
    • post_max_size 48M
    • upload_max_filesize 48M

    Please have your hosting provider fix this for you so it can be installed correctly.

    Hello good day. 


    Already change the settings of php admin and still presenting the same error. 

    The truth is I do not know what happens, can I pass the direct files to upload them by php admin? or help me solve this matter as soon as possible?

    Hi Gaston,

    You can update the theme manually like shown here https://themenectar.ticksy.com//article/2252/

    You would need FTP access to your site to upload the files.
    Also try and download the installation files only option from themeforest to avoid complications. It will give you a zip with a salient folder in it.

    Upload that folder to wp-content \ themes \ folder on your server. You can download the current salient folder there for backup purposes.

    Do not override and do a complete delete or download then upload the new salient folder to avoid files not getting updated. Do a complete replacement of that folder please.
