Got a few questions about inner rows on hover properties :

1) How can I animate on hover the columns of an inner row ? The option is available for the 1st level rows, but disappear for inner rows... For example I would like to immitate the effect I put on the 3 last columns of the second row of this page : http://www.jlbtechniques.com/quest-ce-que-lhabilitation-electrique/ but in an inner row. Is it possible with custom css ?

2) close issue : can I also animate the whole inner row (no columns, just the whole row) on hover ? I would like to apply it to the right part of this page : http://www.jlbtechniques.com/habilitations-pour-non-eletriciens/

3) in the fancy boxes, there's extra breaks always adding themselves at the bottom of the box, making the space between the end of my content and the bottom of the box bigger than the space between the top and the begining og the content. Especially after a button shortcode. Is there a way to prevent that so that the space at the bottom is the same than at the top ?

4) is it possible to add an off canva menu on only a range of pages ? Also, is it possible to have it always visible ? I tried the wp custom menu, but it just adds a clickable list of my menu items as added in appearance > menu  and assigned it to secondary navigation menu. Would a widget sidebar be a solution ? I'm a bit lost there :)
