I'm building a new website (it's on localhost atm, so I unfortunately cannot share the link) and it's going fine. I've managed to combine both anchor links and regular links to other pages. The only problem that I'm having is that the transparent header menu overlaps the row's title. I'm attaching a screenshot, so you can see. The section head title "отзывы" is being blocked. And it goes like this for every section.
From what I understood anchor links stop where the top of the page is the start of the block.
So, on to my question: is it possible to make the anchor link stop slightly earlier, so that the head title of the section is not covered by the menu? For example, so that the bottom of the menu touches the start of the block would be just about right.

You will have to add a Divide on top so that the Header doesnt overlap . Then hide that in Mobile view.
