    Hi,

    i have a youtube video as a background of a row, in a pc it works fine but in smartphone the video doesn't load, can i get any help from your team?

    Ok, already see that video background doesn't run on mobile devices, however, the video(youtube in HD) on desktop lose some quality after the first loop, anything i can do to avoid this?

    Hey,

    The Video is disabled on mobile due to Data Usage Restrictions . No i am afraid we can not control the youtube video externally.

    Additionally also be sure to set the Video Preview Image as that is displayed on Mobile.
