Hi, since version 8.5 of Salient theme our Nectar Icons got a round border with some green:ish color, before it was gray. I cannot find out what to change in the CSS for this green:ish color to change. See Capture1.png and Capture2.png.
Another question is, when will the last box be equal in height compared to all other boxes? (only different in tablet mode, padding is also gone between boxes in tablet mode) See Capture3.png.
Seems like some plugin conflict. Have you tried plugin compatibility test. Please try deactivating your third party plugins one by one while clearing your cache each time in order to figure out if one of them is causing this.
