For some reason on the homepage (Front static Page) the loading animation doesn't show up. It works on all other page transitions.
On the homepage the content can be seen loading hence giving it the impression that the website is laggy. I've looked at other websites built using Salient including the demo's and they don't seem to have this issue.
I've gone into Salient>Page transitions> and have turned on all the settings.
Even with an additional plugin the loading icon & screen cannot be seen on the homepage.

Seems to be showing up alright on my end: http://prntscr.com/h89uzm . It loads real fast so it only displays for a second or so .
