You have updated the theme since I originally installed. What is the best process to update the theme without losing the work that I've done? I've tried uploading/installing, but get 'Install Failed' notices - with the note that the destination folder already exists.

Where/how can I remove these? from each blog entry. All blog entries are by same person and it is redundant. Would like to remove.
3. Recent Posts - add Featured Image
If you are using a recent posts block is there a way to show the featured images along with the post excerpt?
