Even though I use the latest version of Salient and updated the Salient visual composer. After doing something in Visual Composer (editing a row, editing a fancy box for example, adding an element) the page jumps back to the bottom.
Also: when duplicating a tab (see link), the items for Film won't display correctly. They are transparant. When you hover over the 3 fancy boxes, you notice the mouse arrow changes in the clicking variant. It changes when I set the style (currently: Parallax Hover Effect) back to Bottom Color Bar Hover Effect. But then the text is outlined wrong (left top corner).
For some reason: Salient Visual Composer won't work properly. Also: since this problem, I can't use the child theme. Wordpress says it's broken. Even after uploading the child theme again.
Please update to Salient Theme Version 8.5.3 and Salient VC 5.2.4.
If you are not seeing the Plugin Update Notification you need to uncheck the " Disable Theme Reccomended Plugin Notifications " Field in "Salient Theme Options Panel" -> General Settings -> "Toggle Theme Features" Section .

The jumping pages problem is solved now. But the tab problem still exists. Only the first tab will be displayed and the others don't.

Are you using Inner Rows in the Tabs or have divided the Tab row to columns ?. If yes this would likely be causing an issue .
Try placing a new VC tab Element and check .
