The sidebar seems to be present on the actual page but might be missing widgets on it. Could you add some widgets to the blog sidebar at appearance \ widgets and see if they appear on the front end.

The sidebar of the blog is not showing up. I have a Masonry Blog w/ Sidebar but nothing is appearing!?
