    Hey support 


    Around all the Black Friday sales, I got an email: "Extend support and save" 


    I thought, "Okay. Don't mind if I do!" 

    I clicked whatever link in the email. Walked through the process. 

    Low and behold, when the transaction's all said and done… it looks like I've purchased yet *another* license for Salient. 

    I didn't wanna do that!  I just wanted to extend my support for a year. 

    Themeforest got back to me with "Here's where to process a refund." 

    What? 

    Now, I bet the rates aren't even going to be the same. 

    What a mess. 

    Guys… what should I do?  Any insight??

    The best thing is to get a refund then after that you can now extend your licence for support after that. https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821460-Can-I-Get-A-Refund
