Hi, the website looks great when rendered on a Laptop or Tablet but does not work on a mobile, it shows HTML code. I have included with this ticket a screen shot of the view through the tool. As far as I know I have not done anything out of the ordinary with the theme. I have only included the Google Ad's code and Analytics code.
Andrew, thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I have checked and the Visual Composer Plugin is activated and all others too with the exception of some of the eCommerce ones. As I mentioned, all other devices work ok.
Hi, The Jetpack plugin was active. I have now deactivated it, updated the main page and cleared cache but the problem still remains. Is there anything else that I need to do in order to fully remove the plugin?

Sorry for opening this closed ticket (If I got it done)...My CEO bought the salient template when we have been working with it since last January 2017. He asks me to make some changes on the website from time to time. I am not a web designer, I am a 3D modellers who enjoys web design as an amateur. I need to update the site until Wednesday because t he CEO has an important event this week and need it done to present there. He is very busy at the moment working on this travel to the event so he can not search any Purchase Code he must have done 14 months ago needed to submit a new ticket specifically for this question. So I really hope you understand why I am opening a closed ticket, one similar to my question, that I think will help other users too.
So, I want to know:
1 - Is there a way to visualize the just the mobile version of the website with salient template without change the desktop version? By the way, this is the website https://captate.com/captatetour/.
2 - https://captate.com/captatetour/ we need this webpage to have two embed codes on its desktop version (two projects we have done) and another embed code, only one different from the others two, on its mobile version. Is that possible have it done? One embed code on desktop version and another one when we are on mobile version?

This means that your salient visual composer is inactive. Can you please activate all your installed plugins.
