Hi, I've a little bug with my nectar slider animation.
Sometimes when I scroll down the page , if the slider loads the next slide when i'm at the bottom of the page, the transition animation of the new slide stops, so that we never see the text till the next slide comes. see attached.
Can you see it on my website ? Can you help with that?
I've a lot of little bugs like this for this website, a lot of css conflict with plugins, etc... I'm surprised cause I never had problems like this before with Salient, I wonder if I didn't make a misconfiguration somewhere...
While waiting for the update, could you tell me a way to remove this animation (the text fade-in from the bottom to the top) ? Because this bug is very visible on the home page, i can't let things this way.
I am afraid it cant be removed due to the HTML Structure of the content . You will have to remove the background color on the content div : http://prntscr.com/ho7gke .
I can't do that, the text would be unreadable... Plus this was already validated by my client... Do you think it would work better if I reinstall everything in a new wordpress? Or maybe if I use the homeslider instead of the nectar slider?
I installed a new wordpress in a new database and uploaded a fresh copy of the theme, without any extra css or child theme and the bug is still there. It's basic installation except I checked the option "Enable Boxed Layout?". Can you take a look please ?
Hi, I just checked with Chrome and it seems to work fine, the bug is on firefox and Internet Explorer (sometimes with safari but it seems more unpredictable...) If you check with Firefox or IE : load the page then scroll down to the bottom of the page for 10sec, when you scroll back to the slider the second slide has loaded but not its text then you only have the background image of the slide.
Really? I'm surprised because it was reported by my client whom uses IE, then I found it on my mac with firefox then my collegue found it on his desktop with firefox and IE. It wouldn't be a problem if it was not so visible.

Hey there,
Thanks for reaching in,
You can try re downloading a fresh copy of the theme from themeforest and uploading this into your installation.
Hope this helps,
Regards

Hey there,
Thanks for reaching in,
I've tried to replicate on my end without success. Nonetheless, I will file a bug report with the developers and get back to you.

Hey there,
Thanks for reaching in,
As you had pointed out earlier, it seems to be unpredictable. As soon as the developers check it out, we will be in touch.
Regards
Sorry I may have been unclear : it's unpredictable for safari only but it's happening every time with IE and Firefox
