Is Possible to have a not clickable menù item with dropwown arrow at the right of the word?
It will be ok also if I could have a clickable item that open the dropdown menu as this page: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/errorpages/smarterror.aspx

I would have the arrow also in mobile hamburger menu.

How to do it?

I've tried using # but nothing happened. I need to have the arrow next to a main menu item. In the example attacched here you'll see what I have now and what I would like to have.
