I am attempting to build a product page using the portfolio elements. Right now it is working perfectly - however, we would like to include the price along with a couple other basic facts when the user rolls over the product. At the moment, only the name appears.
I tried to achieve this using the "Custom Content Grid Item Content" feature inside of each portfolio item. The description states that this content will replace the default meta used.
However, the roll over animations do not use this information. Instead it is simply placed over the image, ignoring the "Project Style" within the pages Portfolio element.
Right now, I have the Portfolio element set as "Meta on Hover + Entire Thumb Link". Using Custom Grid Content overrides this, and simply places the information in the picture. To show this in the link attached, I have the very first item set to Custom Content, all the others are defaulted to the name and Project Style.
Is there a way to get the orange overlay animation and text to show what I am typing in the Custom Content box?
Okay. It seems like the description for the Custom Grid Item Content should be changed a little, then, as it describes a feature that is at least not fully implemented. Custom Content doesn't so much replace the default meta as it just replaces the entire slide, rendering any rollover animations, features or general portfolio item functionality useless.
