Yeah man I have already tried that, this same problem occurs on more then just the Salient theme. I believe it to be something wrong with my wordpress itself, but I have the most updated version. Any thoughts on that?
Lol perfect. Alright so my Salient theme is now properly working, I just re-installed Wordpress and that did the trick. Now I am not able download the Salient Visual Composer plug in, which as you know is contained in the bundle. I imagine that that plug in is only free for one download but is there any way I could have another shot at it because I had to un-install then re-install wordpress.
Have you uploaded the theme file salient.zip and activated it? Salient VC should automatically come as the required plugins however how much you install a fresh wordpress installation.
Another question, so I am trying to use the Raw HTML element in Salient along with the <map> code, which as you know allows me to place clickable hotspots on an image. To complete that code, what would my <img src> be?
Good afternoon, two quick questions for you.. first, in the attached image how do I remove the "widget area 1". There is nothing I desire to have down there. Second, on the mobile version of my site why isn't the title "Community" adjusting to the smaller screen size of the phone.
The salient theme is not fully loading, it only displays html code.

Your PHP Settings are likely not correct. Also ensure you are running the latest version of PHP on the server
You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin called WordPress phpinfo http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-php-info/
Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:
Please have your hosting provider fix this for you so it can be installed correctly.
