image grid sizing issues

My image gallery setting seem to be going rogue as I try to add images onto my page - in the screen shot you'll see that the top row has the 'wide - tall - tall' spacing I initially set up but now when I try to duplicate the layout the masonry sizing doesn't allow wide or tall anymore. It will only show wide/tall and regular for some reason.

Any idea how I can fix this?

    Hi the5uperD,

    Apologies for the late reply.

Are you setting the sizing on select the images from the media popup - see attached screenshot.

The grid should obey that setting. Also make sure you images are actually that layout i.e. they have a taller or wider aspect ratio when you set that option when adding the images to the gallery.

Let us know if this checks out or does not fix the masonry layout issue.

    Hi Andrew,

    Thanks for the reply.

Yes I am setting a specific size within the media popup option, the top two rows all have images that are 1080x1080px but I have the left graphic set to 'wide' and the middle and right set to regular as I like this arrangement.

When I try to duplicate same layout further down the page with additional images that are also 1080x1080px, they will only show up as 'wide & tall' or 'regular' as my 'wide' option no longer seems to function. Seems like a pretty simple thing to be able to achieve and yet something seems to keep this from happening.

It would be great if the media popup could dictate how the image appears rather than the image itself so I can avoid having to reserve all of my graphics.

Please let me know how you can help, thanks.

    Hi D,

Very sorry for the late reply.

The image gallery masonry layout might have and issue and we escalated this to the developer to take a better look at.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.
