Dear Representative, 

This is th second time I m trying to reach out to you support regarding a very very urgent issue. 

Unfortunately, woocommerce checkout is not functioning well with the salient theme. and many of my customers cannot complete their orders on my site.

Can you please advise the way forward and the reason for this issue?

Dear rep, I also have just noticed that the theme is not mobile responsive- most of my pages are non responsive and even my cart page is blocked when accessed on mobile.

Is there any resolution from your end to this? Otherwise I'm going to have to disappointingly request for a refund.
