    Hi guys,

    This is my first ticket.. I love your theme but I'm finding it very slow in loading. I'm just trying to create a holding page for now, while I work on the rest of the site. I don't get why it's so slow.

    Hey,

    Try using the Optimization plugins recommended in this Article http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/performance-optimization-guide/ and check if that makes a difference .

    I know what it is. The theme for some reason doesn't like the template being changed from 'default template' to 'no header and no footer' etc. It just hangs. When it's on default, the page loads fine.

    I don't want the header and footer showing for now. Please can you look into this urgently?

    It is now that I've got the page settings to default. Like I say, when the page is set to showing no header or footer, the issue of loading happens again. 

    Can you look into this? It doesn't seem to be a deleting cache issue as I've tried that. 

    Also, I'm now on the parent theme, so it's not because of the child theme either.

    ohk so the No Header and Footer Page Template is causing the issue ?. 

    I just turned off Page Transitions and it seems to work .
