I purchased the Salient theme for the use of the 'Nectar particle' landing page, the idea was to use the theme to create a simple landing page containing the Nectar particles and then use the builder included to put together a very basic page. I have installed the theme on to the latest version of wordpress and all the elements are working perfectly bar the Nectar particles. When clicking the Add/edit image button no menu is coming up. This seems to be temperamental as we did manage to get the logo on, but now we cant access the menu.
This is an issue that we need to be sorted, as previously explained if this feature was not included in the theme we simply wouldn't of purchased it. Thats not to say the other elements of the theme are not useful as we have found it really nice to work with and are quite impressed with certain elements.
I am available to contact via the telephone on 0161 665 2882, or by email at [email protected].

Hey,
Your PHP Settings are likely not correct. Also ensure you are running PHP version 7.1 as 7.2 is causing issues.
You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin called WordPress phpinfo http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-php-info/
Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:
Please have your hosting provider fix this for you so it can be installed correctly.
Thanks
