Hey, my client just sent me this picture (attached), where there are emojis instead of the Nectar Slide's arrows. This only happens on mobiles, and apparently in not all of them, cause I just see it fine. Any idea what could be the problem?? I don`t know how to solve this.
Okay, but how can I solve this? there must be a way, he is expecting to be seen correctly in every device. Is there any line of code I could add to avoid this in old browsers?
We are not getting this on our personal devices even on an iphone 8 plus.
See attached screenshot.
And it could be that there is a plugin with CSS that is overriding the one on the theme to replace the arrows with emojis. Try to disable all other plugins except salient visual composer.
Also we noticed you are running an outdated version of salient visual composer 5.2.1. Update to the latest 5.2.4 by disabling and deleting the plugin from plugins area ,then install and activate it from appearance \ install plugins.
If that does not reveal the cause of the issue then let us know of the exact devices and browsers this is happening on to test and try and fix.

Hey Again,
Its a Browser Encoding Issue . Ask them to view it in any modern Mobile Browser or adjust the Mobile Browser Settings.
