    The parallax/animations don't seem to be working on mobile for the site we just created: https://ncacannualreport.org/. However, they DO work on a similar site using the same theme: http://hoacannualreport.com/. Is there any way to enable that on our site?

    Hey there,

    Thanks for reaching in,

    If you have Page Transitions Turned On Please Switch the Animated Transition Method to "Standard" in Salient Theme Options -> Page Transition Section.

    Also be sure to check/uncheck this Disable Fade Out On Click option : http://prntscr.com/8f3bj7

    Moreover if it doesnt work Turn off the Page Transitions and check for Browser Console Errors : https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors

    Hmm the first two options didn't work. I originally had the "fade out" option disabled but enabling it didn't work either.

    I tried to do your last suggestion but I'm stuck on the part where I have to turn Page Transitions off. I have toggled it on and off several times and the page transitions work both ways. It's like I can't turn them off. They still don't work on mobile, though. Thoughts?

    Could you provide a screenshot of the elements you are referring to  . Also the other site seems to be using a Third Party Plugin for the Extra Elements:  http://prntscr.com/ibqu67 .
