I would like to import the dummy data so I can have that foundation layout to work with. But, if I import the dummy data will it erase my old blog posts, comments etc...?
Hey Grant! It will never erase existing pages with the same name - it will only fail to import those pages. What you can do is just rename any old pages that might have the same name so the new ones can still make their way in.
Grant, where did you find the Dummy data file? I have looked in the theme folder but can't seem to locate it.

Disreagard my post. When extracting the files it was skipping over some which I have resolved.
To answer your question. I just uploaded the dummy file and all my previous post were still present along with the ones from the Dummy file.
