For some reason the screenshots is not available from our end.
Could we maybe have a link to the page you are referring to with the button or attach your screenshot again with a name that does not contain spaces or hyphens please.
The page I'm referring is http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/salient-studio/ This is the page that presents the Salient Studio, maybe this button function is not available in the theme, but can you still tell me how you set up this button? I find this kind of button very interesting.

Hi there,
Those are hot spots added to an image.
You can add them to your page using the image with hotspot element in page builder - salient visual composer.

Add it to a page and configure it appropriately.
