The loop parameter simply means that you can rotates the slides to the right or lefrt infinity and there won't be an end point. Autorotate is the parameter to control if the slides start switching themselves which is what you may be referring to. But Without more information it's hard to tell. You might also be referring to the looping of video backgrounds? There's no option to turn that functionality off as the backgrounds are supposed to serve as a design element rather than any information video that would have an end point.
