How is it possible to get a news feed that way, where news videos have a play button highlighted and so on quotes and more? I've tride choosing the news type while creating it, on the right part of the screen, but it didn't worked. I still can't view the play button on its preview :(

To get the video play button and quotes etc on your post in the category views set the post format on the format section of the post's edit page area.
For videos there should be a video settings section that shows up when you set the format to video for example.
And if the format section is not showing on the post edit page then enable it from the screen options on the top right side of the page.
