Could you reinstall salient visual composer 5.2.4 by going to plugins, disable and delete it. Then install and activate it from appearance \ install plugins.
That should make sure you have the latest version and its properly installed.
If the issue persists then make sure it's not a plugin conflict by disabling all other plugins. If that does not have and effect on this issue then give us temporary admin access - username password with admin privileges - we check this from the backend.

Got into another problem now. installed the theme and installed Visual Composer which came with the package.
It was working till, but now the visual composer is not at all showing up.
every time i try to create/edit POST/PAGE , it take very long time but page builder never shows up.
as well i can see this error:
