The theme does not have that ability to have a different menu layout per page. Your message is not all that clear but it sound like that is what you want. Clarify if we are misunderstanding this.
I want this mobile menu ( the photo) , but when i select "theme skin : Material" the mobile menu is off canvas and i cant change for the menu of the photo.
That's the off canvas menu set to do that from salient \ header navigation - off canvas navigation - off canvas menu style - set that to slide out from right.
That should give you the same menu on mobile. And if we are still not getting it then clarify with a screenshot of the options on the backend and maybe a link to the actual site.

I dont want the off canvas menu, how i can change?

The ascend mobile menu flies out of the right side i.e. http://themenectar.com/demo/salient-ascend/
