    Hi,
    Can you tell me how to create a fixed background (doesn't move when the user scrolls)  that will be on every page template please? I'm happy to add it to every page but if it was already added when a new page was created, that would be amazing!

    Hey Again,

    Unfortunately we dont have any such Element available in the Salient Theme .

    Thank you for the speedy response. That is a real shame. Is there a way around it?

    All I want to do is have an image in the background, behind any other images and text at the top of the page.

    Hi Tahir,

    How do I turn off/hide the shadows when choosing Boxed Layout?

    Also, if I were to pay for the work to be done to make a background image, how much would that cost and could I have it for this week?

    Hey Again,

    You can remove the shadow using below custom css . Unfortunately we are not available for custom work at the moment . 

    Add this into the Custom CSS box located in your Salient Options panel (All custom css provided is tested in the Live Browser so it will work as intended . If you cant see any changes make sure there is no red cross in the Custom CSS Box as that syntax error would cause all css below it to not show up on the Frontend):

    div#boxed {
    box-shadow: none !important;
}
