This is an example, http://philandscape.com/portfolio/belde-evler-ordu but I have lots of portfolio pages which have the same issue, is there an automatic way to do that?

Please try this CSS in Salient > General Settings > CSS/Script Related > Custom CSS Code

div.divider-small-border { width: 100%!important; }
