In The "Text Domain" field write "salient" without quotes . If you are trying to change woocommerce words add "woocommerce" in "Text domain" . The fields are case-sensitive .

I've change the label "All" to "all" from functions.php
<li><a href="#" data-="">filter="*"><?php echo __('all', NECTAR_THEME_NAME); ?></a></li>
but there aren't any effects.

We would not suggest you to edit the Theme files as the changes would be lost if update the Theme .
