You could add a css class to the list and then use that css class to add the padding to the list elements.
You would need to edit the list in the text mode of the page editor. The CSS class can be defined in salient \ general settings - css script related - custom css code.
Is it possible to add a list style <li style> that applies to all lists I create in the editor in the Style CSS? I want to add padding-bottom: 20px;
Thanks!

Hope you can implement this.
