I can also see your fonts are not loading either based on your screenshot - since I only have access to a mac at this moment I can't check it out on IE myself, but Salient itself doesn't have any issues loading fonts in IE. There must be something on your server or with your configuration that's stopping the request from going through. Have you made any mods so far just to rule that out?
