The three have border animation enabled i.e. you need to add a row to the page then divide it to three column and on each column enable the border animation from the column settings - border options tab - enable border animation. Set the delay to 200 milliseconds.
Also enable boxed style option on the column settings general tab. You can also enable the centered content and then add a padding of 3% to all sides.
From there add a text block element to the columns and add the content as needed. Hope this helps.
