Is it possible to edit an existing template? I can't see a way to do it other than remaking it.

    Hey there,

    Thanks for reaching in,

Most of the theme is editable using the salient page builder.  Unless I didn't quite understand your issue, please elaborate more.

I meant the page builder templates that are stored in the Salient Studio. It previews them but the edit buttons are not live.

Looks like this plug-in will do what I wanted, if it will work with the bundled page builder?

    Hey Again,

You can load that template and then edit it and save it as a new one . See screenshot : http://prntscr.com/j1oo5k .

Right, thanks, that's what I thought. So there is no support for linking a template to existing posts or pages, presumably?

Not sure what you mean by linking , Try using these options : http://prntscr.com/j1orq2 .

I meant like the Global Template feature in Visual Composer Website Builder.

    Hi beachmat,

    Apologies for the late reply.

No the version of visual composer on salient does not have that featured i.e. make edit to template and those changes take effect on all areas there the template is installed.

    Hope this clears things up.

Ok, thanks. But Templatera should work okay with the builder in Salient, yes?
