I am doing a one-scroll-page website with anchors and with no header (Header Permanent Transparent on) , just the off-canvas-menu. Everything it's fine, but of course when I go on mobile there is that problem with the header in conflict with the Fullscreen rows... So I thought to disable it for the mobile checking the box Disable On Mobile, but it doesn't work: the Fullscreen rows is still working on mobile.
I don't know if this might workaround the header problem in the mobile version...Please let me know.
What I would like is to have a desktop version without header with fullscreen row, and the mobile and tablet version work properly with or without the header, or again, with or without the fullscreen rows.
I am working locally so I am not able to show you the website...
I have also another question: there is a way to have a menu anchors in the footer? I managed to add the menu in the footer correctly, but when you click on a link it doesn't go tot he specific location, even if the URL changes correctly with #idrowname.

Hey Again,
- For the Mobile Disable Issue please clear your cache using this guide: https://themenectar.ticksy.com/article/6226/ .
- No the Footer Scroll anchors wont work with the Fullscreen Page rows as it uses a external "fullpage.js" library .
Best.
