My problem is, if I have a full page row activated with a footer, the parallax background stops working after scrolling from the Footer back to the upper content.
The Problem is: i want some kind of bottom secondary navigation/footer ( contact and imprint button ) with position abosulte at the bottom. The problem is, if the window is too small it will overlay with the body text.
The Full page row is neccesary for the aesthetics of the parallax background. The problem now is that text can not be scrolled and just floats out of sight the bottom of the window. When i use toggle panels for example, or a footer it will suddenly work and it fixes the overly problem.

Yes this is a limitation with the Parallax Script . You will have to choose one or the other

Unfortunately the Theme does not have any such option available . Could you turn on the footer so i can have a look.
