    I have been searching for the theme option to expand the entire websites width


    Is there a theme option for this?

    No i am afraid Salient does not have such an option available.

    Is there a way to add custom CSS for this option? 

    I really like the width of the header withouth full width enabled, but the rest of the content doesnt align properly. See attached:
