Please i have been having this issue for weeks now.
When i login to the my website back-end to edit a page the WPBakery Page Builder doesn't load. This makes it impossible for me to make any edit on all my pages. I have also uninstalled all the other third party plugins to fix the issue but still the same. Please see attached image.
Please update you salient page builder to the current version and also check for plugin conflicts by deactivating your third party plugins one by one while clearing your cache each time in order to figure out if one of them is causing this.
Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:
max_execution_time 60
memory_limit 256M
post_max_size 48M
upload_max_filesize 48M
Please have your hosting provider fix this for you so it can be installed correctly.
Also update to Salient Theme Version 8.5.5 and Salient VC 5.4.7.
If you are not seeing the Plugin Update Notification you need to uncheck the " Disable Theme Reccomended Plugin Notifications " Field in "Salient Theme Options Panel" -> General Settings -> "Toggle Theme Features" Section .

Your PHP Settings are likely not correct. Also ensure you are running PHP version 7.1 and not 7.2 as its incompatible .
You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin called WordPress phpinfo http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-php-info/
